Booking conditions
We guarantee the best price on line when booking through our website.
To reserve, the system will request a 30% payment of the total amount. Remaining balance must be paid 14 day's prior arrival.
No penalty fee will apply for cancellations made 15 days prior arrival.
Penalty fee of 100% of the total amount will apply if cancellation is made less than 14 days prior arrival date or non show.
If you choose a non refundable rate, the total amount of the stay is debited at the moment of the reservation and it is not refunded in case of cancellation, modification or non show.
At arrival
Your apartment will be ready to welcome you from 17h00. We will meet you at our office and provide the assistance you may require.
A copy of your passport will be requested at arrival as well as a security deposit to cover any potential damages or loss of keys during your stay.
Security deposit only with credit card. We do not accept cash.
Deposit will be automatically refunded at departure date after inspecting the apartment.
Out of our office hours, keys are to be collected from a security box, close to your apartment or at the concierge desk (if available). In this case, guest registration procedure as well as security deposit payment must be effective before arrival.
We would very much appreciate if you could inform us about your estimated arrival time.
Your appartment
You will fnd the apartment clean, beds made with fresh sheets and towels. Please take note that our prices do not include any cleaning, change of bed linen or towels DURING the stay. Please contact us for any extra service you may need.

* The host is not responsible if someone else parks in the assigned parking space but all possible measures are always taken to prevent it. The sizes of the parking spaces are given and cannot be exchanged.
