Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservation: All accommodations offered by Banus Rentals can be booked online through our website. To confirm the reservation, a payment of 30% of the total stay must be made. If the reservation is made with short notice (within 15 days prior to arrival), the full amount must be paid in advance.
Cancellations: Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date.If the cancellation is made within 15 days before arrival, 100% of the total stay will be charged.
Cancellations +28 days stay: Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made within 15 days before arrival, 100% of the total stay will be charged.
Non-refundable rates: If the customer selects a non-refundable rate, the total payment for the stay will be made at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, modifications, or no-shows.
Registration: To speed up the check-in process, Banus Rentals may request that the customer completes the registration and security deposit payment online before arrival.
Upon Arrival
Check-in time: The apartment will be available from 17:00. A member of Banus Rentals will personally welcome the guests and provide any necessary information regarding their stay.
Documentation: A copy of the passport or ID card for all occupants over 16 years old will be required for mandatory registration.
According to the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, all hosts in Spain are required to register their guests to guarantee citizen security
Every guest will be required to provide Passport/Id details, email address, and contract signature. Guest will receive a secure link to complete this information.
We are obliged to provide the registration to the competent authorities in a lapse of 24 hours within the guest's arrival.
Deposit: A security deposit is required to cover potential damages, garbage, loss of keys, or violation of house rules. This deposit must be paid by credit or debit card only.
Late arrivals: If the guest's arrival is scheduled outside office hours, Banus Rentals will contact them in advance to provide specific instructions for key collection and apartment access.
Your Accommodation
Initial cleaning: The apartment will be clean upon arrival, with bed linens and towels provided. However, cleaning services during the stay or the replacement of linens and towels are not included in the rate, but they can be arranged as extra services.
Included services
- Private parking: The guest agrees to park only in the designated parking space assigned to the rented apartment. Banus Rentals is not responsible for the size of the parking spaces.
- Final cleaning: The final cleaning service is included in the rate.
- WiFi: The apartment includes free WiFi access.
- Welcome pack: Upon arrival, guests will receive a welcome pack that includes basic cleaning and hygiene products.
Services with Additional Charges
Additional cleaning: Cleaning services or the replacement of bed linens and/or towels during the stay are available for an additional fee.
Cots and high chairs: Upon request, the following can be arranged:
Cot: €10.00 per day
High chair: €5.00 per day.
Upon Departure
Check-out time: The check-out time is at 11:00 max. Late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability and an additional charge.
Failure to check out on time: If the guest fails to check out by the designated time, an additional night’s rate will be charged.
Key return: Keys must be returned to the Banus Rentals office. Any loss, damage or failure to return the keys will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Accommodation Rules
Compliance with rules: Guests are kindly requested to respect the house rules at all times.
Parties and gatherings: Parties and group gatherings are strictly prohibited in the accommodations.
Pets: Pets are allowed upon request with an additional charge of €10.00 per day. (max. 10kg)
Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a € 200.00 fine.
Guests: No unregistered guests are allowed unless discussed with our team.
Quiet hours: Thank you for respecting quiet hours 21pm-08am
This establishment is not a member of the consumer arbitration system.
