It is a 9- hole course that combines easy with the difficultly to make it suitable for all levels. Magna is located two kilometers from Puerto Banus. Its course is spectacular and the psychological part plays a very important role.

Los Naranjos Golf Club

This course combines golf with the environment, it has large rolling greens, wide fairways and water plays a in several holes. It has 18 holes suitable for all handicaps.

La Quinta Golf & CC

Quinta Golf & CC has 27 holes and has 3 different game combinations and is adapted for rain. This course is one of the most reputable of the Costa del Sol and is only five minutes from Puerto Banus. It has a SPA, a Children´s Club and the restaurant of its Club House has sea views.

Marbella Golf Country Club

Course with 18 holes, with wide and undualatings greens. Its first nine holes need precision, although players have to be careful with the 11th hole. In the facilities of the Club House you will find a golf academy, tennis school and a restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious menu in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Santa Clara Golf

Santa Clara Golf Marbella golf course, which consists of 18 holes par 71. This course is considered one of the best on the Costa del Sol and is one of the quality fields of Marbella and is located a few minutes from the city center. The field is mostly flat although hole 8 goes up to the highest point of the course.

Roam the charming Marbella Old Town

HISTORIC CITY CENTER

Scientists have found remains that the area was inhabited since the Paleolitic and Phoenician eras and it was only on the 6th century when the city was taken by the Arabs.It is thought,  the name is derived from what the Arabs called Marbal La, during the Islamic rule. At this time, int the 10th century, the Moors built many lighthouse towers along the coast which are still standing today as well as a citadel, an Alcazaba and a wall to protect the town.

Around 1485, Marbella passed on to the hands of the Christians and the city was entitled capital of the region, it was then when the famous Plaza de los Naranjos was built.

To protect the inhabitants of Marbella from Mediterranean pirate raits, the San Luis fort was constructed in 1725, and later destroyed by the French during the end of the Peninsualr War, and its remains can be seen in the gardens of the Hotel el Fuerte.

In the 19th century, Marbella started to grow more rapidly and  expands beyond the historic old town.
