At Banus Rentals, a passionate and experienced team is committed to delivering personalised, high-quality service — taking care of every detail for both property owners and travellers.

Jesús García, originally from Casares (Málaga), began his professional career in the real estate sector in 2002 in Casares and Estepona, under the commercial brand Inmo Andalucia, specializing in the sale of luxury homes and country estates. In 2014, he opened his second office in Puerto Banús, and in 2019 he unified his two commercial brands, managing his entire real estate business from his Playas del Duque office under the brand Banus Property. His ongoing training, the professionalism of his entire team, and the reputation built among his clients have allowed more than 70% of his business to come from referrals and recommended clients. In 2020, Banus Rentals was founded, a vacation rental management company offering more than 30 services, focused on meeting all the needs of businesses and individuals seeking to maximize the profitability of their properties in Puerto Banús and Marbella, becoming the perfect complement to the investment area of Banus Property.
