Playas del Duque sits on a frontline plot in the heart of Puerto Banús, with private, direct access to the beach. The homes are spread across four buildings: Casa Cádiz, Casa Sevilla, Casa Córdoba and Casa Granada (and almost all of them face the Mediterranean).
Of the 20 properties we manage, 18 are apartments and 2 are penthouses with big terraces. They sleep from 2 guests, for a couple’s break, up to 6, for families or two couples travelling together. Casa Cádiz has the widest choice (8 homes, including both penthouses); Casa Sevilla holds most of the larger ones.
From the gates it is a walk to the marina, the restaurants and the designer stores of Puerto Banús (no car needed). That is what makes Playas del Duque hard to match: the beach in front, the marina on foot, and quiet gated estate to come back to.
More than 30,000 m² of tropical gardens, Andalusian courtyards, fountains and ponds run through the complex. There are swimming pools with a children’s area, two private restaurants with large terraces, and a gym and spa of over 2,000 m². The gym and spa are paid services, booked separately from your stay.
The estate is gated, with 24-hour security and an underground car park. Every home we manage comes with its own private parking space.
Playas del Duque is on Avenida Playas del Duque, 29660 Puerto Banús (Marbella), between the marina and Nueva Andalucía beach. Beach access is private and direct from the complex gardens, no road or promenade to cross.
Two of the best-known beach clubs on the Costa del Sol are a walk from the complex.
