How to get there?

Marbella is very well connected by land, air and sea.

By road, you can access by the A-7 Mediterranean Highway and via the AP-7 Costa del Sol Motorway. There is also a bus service connecting Marbella with the main cities of Spain.

Malaga Airport, the third in Spain that receives the more travellers from abroad, is only 59 km away, which makes Marbella one of the preferred destinations for British, French, German and Dutch tourists.

Finally, even if the train does not arrive directly to Marbella, you can travel by railway to Fuengirola or by AVE to María Zambrano station in Malaga and then travel to Marbella by bus or taxi.

Marbella weather

Marbella stands out for having a privileged climate, which make this city a perfect destination to travel. It has more than 320 days of sunshine and no more than 50 days of rain a year, as well as an average annual temperature of 18.5 ºC.

This is due to the unique geographical location of the municipality which gives it a special microclimate. The mountains that protect Marbella, known as Sierra Blanca, along with the coast, give it a unique climate highly valued by tourists.
